Beqinninq at the NW corner of the aforesaid South ~ of

South line of San Diego Avenue, the same as ahown on
plat of Fiesta 8111 Subdivisfon filed in Plat Hook 8,
Paqe 35, public records of St. Lucie County. Florida, a

feet; thence N 89°59'36" w along the South line of the

The bearings used in the aforesaid descriptfon refer to
the standard plane rectangular coordinate system for the
east zone of Florida.

for the purpose of: soil disposition and placement in connection with
the constructfon necessary to improve the Fort Pierce Fanos Drainage
District canal for the deposit, storage, placement and removal of
dredged or excavated materials; and for the operation of all necessary
equipment and vehicles incident thereto, and the st~rage of equip~?ent, '
materials, vehicl.es and supplies. All dredged or excavated materials '
deposited, staared or placed upon the above described property shall be
leveled by the Grantee and shall become the property of the Grant~ors.
1. Thia temporary easement includes the right of ingress
and egreas at any time over and upon the above described land of the

improvements.
