be placed in auch a manner so as not to harm an existing grove of oak
trees on the above described property. ~
TO HAVS AND TO HOI~D the aEoresaid t~nporacy easement in, over
and upon the above described land of the Grantor, with all the rights
and privileges thereto belongi~g or in anywise app~rtaining, untA the
Grantee, ita successors and assigns, until aucti rights and privileges
herein granted shall become null and void after the completion and
acceptance of the construction hereinabove deacribed, or within five
(S) years from the date hereof in the event eonstruction of the herein-
above described works of improvement has not comaenced.
