FOR AND IN CONSID$RATION OF None DOLLARS
and other qood and valuable conaideration, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged. DAVID L. McCAIN and JOYC$ McCAIN, his wife,
Grantors, do hereby grant, bargain, sAll, convey and release unto the
FORT PIBRCS FARMS DRAINA~GS DISTRICT, Grantee, its succesaors and
assiq~s, a perpetual easement in, over and upon the following described
