WARRANTY DEED

THIS WARRANTY DEED made this first day of July, 1967, ~

hereinafter called the "grantor", to DONALD P. McDONNELL and ~
NLAR,ILYNNE J. McDONNELL, as community property, hereinafter
called "grantee". Wherever used herein, the terms "grantor" and
"grantee" include all the parties t~ this instrument and the heirs,

WITNESSETH:

Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, contain-
