WARRANTY DFED
THLS WARRANTY DEED made this first day of July,
1967, by KENNETH E. WAGGENER and WINIFRED WAGGENER,
his wife, hereinafter called the "grantor", to M. H. L~CKETT,
hereinafter called "grantee". Wherever used herein, the terms
"grantor" and "grantee" include all the parties to this instrument
and the heirs, legal representatives and assigns of the pa.rties
hereto.
WITNESSETH:
i That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum

of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells,
( aliens, releases, conveys and confirms unto the grantee, a one-
ninth undivided interest in and to all tha*. certain land situate in
St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit;

of Section 32, Township 3? South, Range 39 East,
less the right-of-way for the Central and Southern
Florida Flood Control District Canal C-23; contain-
ing 142.34 acres.
All of Block ? of ALAN WILSON GROVES, as per plat
thereof recorded in Ptat Book 12, at Page 50, of thQ
Public P.ecords of St~ Lucie County, Florida, contain-
ing 146. 17 acres.
All of Block 8 of ALAN WILSON GROVES, as per plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 12, at Page 50, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, con#aining
