WAGGENER, E. C. & E. RANCHFS, a partnership of the Co~anty of
Orange, State of Californi a, by Donald ti. Collins. and Paul F.

Eadington, and PAUL F. EADINGTON and DONALD A. COLLINS,
doing business as E. C. & E. R.ANCHES, first party, to DONALD P.
McDONNELL and MARILYNNE J. McDONNELL, second party;
(Wherever used herein the terms "first party" and
"second party" shall include singular and plural,
heirs, legal representatives, and assigns of in-
dividuals, and the successors and assigns of ~
corporations, wherever the context so admits or
requires. )
WITNESSETH, that the said first party, for and in con-
sideration of the sum of $10. 00 in hand paid by the said second party,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby remise,
release, and quitclaim unto the said second party forever, reserving
to said first party an kndivided four-ninths interest in the land herein-
below described, confirm and release to said second party, an un-
divided one-ninth interest in the land hereinafter described free of
any interest of first party whether partnership or otherwise, and free
of any existing lien, right of lien ar charge due to first party upon or
arising out of any partnership interest of first party therein, the
following described land, situate, lying and being in St. Lucie County,
