QUITCLAIM DEED -
THIS QUITCLAIM DEED, executed this S~- day of
November, 1967, by KENNETH E. WAGGENER, WII~TIFRED WAGGENER,
E. C. & E. RANCHES, a partnership of the County of Orange, State of
California, by Donald A. Collins and paul F. Eadington, and PAUL F.
EADINGTON and DONALD A. COLLINS, doing business as E. C. & E.
RANCHES, first party, to M. H. LOCKETT, second party;
(Wherever used herein the terms "first party" and
'~Second party" shall include singular and plural,
heirs, legal representatives, and Gssigns of
~ individuals, and the successors and assigns of
corporations, wherever the context so admits or
requires. )
WITNESSETH, that the said first party, for and in consideration
of the sum of $10.00 in hand paid by the said second party, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby remise, release, and
quitclaim unto the said second party forever, reserving to said first
party an undivided four-ninths interest.in the land hereinbelow described,
confirm and release to said second party, an undivided one-ninth interest
in the land hereinafter described free of any interest of first party whether
partnership or otherwise, and free of any existing lien, right of lien or
~ charge due to first party upon or arising out of any partnership interest
of first party therein, the following described land, situate, lying and
being in St. Lucie County, State of Florida and more particularly desr_ribed
as follows, to-wit:
