Executed as of this first day of Jnly, 1957, by DONALD P.
McDONNELL and MARILYNNE J. McDONNELL, of Los Ange?es
° County, State of California, party of the first part, hereinafter re-
ferred to as Mortgagor, to KENNETH E. WAGGENER and WINIFRED
WAGGENER, his wife, hereinafter referred to as Mortgagee.
~ The terms "Mortgagor" and ''Mortgagee" whenever used
in this instrument shall include the heirB, personal representatives,
successors and assigns of the respective parties hereto. Wherever
used the singular number shall include the plural and the plural the
singular, and the use of any gender shall include all gendsrs.
WITNESSETH, that for divers good and valuable considera-
tions, and also in consideration of the aggregate sum named in the
promissory note of even date herewith, hereinafter described, the -
said Mortgagor doea hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise,
release, convey arrl confirm unto the said Mortgagee, in fee simple,
Mortgagor's one-ninth undivided intere~t in and to all the certain
tracts of land, of which the said Mortgagor is now seized and possessed,
and in actual posses~ion situate in St. Lucie County, State of Florida,
described as follows:
Tract 4, Block 6, All of the Southwest one-quartei-
of Section 32, TownBhip 37 South, Range 39 East,
lese the right-of-way for the Central and Southern
Florida Flood Control Distric t Canal C 23; contain-
ing 142. 34 acres.
