FOR VALUE RECEIVED, We, the undersigned Makers of
this Note, promise to pay to KENNETH E. WAGGENER and WI1vIFRED
WAGGENER, his wife, or order, at Los Angeles, California, the
principal sum of Thirty-Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Six Dollars
($3?, 706. 00), plus interest from date at the rate of six percent per
~ annum on the principal balance; said principal shall be payable on or
before July 1, 1972. At least three years interest shall be payable
in advance on or before December 31, 1967 and the balance shall be

~ paid on or before the date of the principal payment.
Should interest as set forth above not be so paid, it shall

Should default be made in payment of interest or principal,
as set forth above, or within ten days after the sum shall become due _
