~Y - Executed as of this first day of 3uly, 1967, by M. H.
LOCKETT, of Los Angeles County, State of California, party of
the first part, hereinafter referred to as Mortgagor, to KENNETH E.
WAGGENER and WINIFRED WAGGENER, his wife, hereinafter re-
ferred to as Mortgagee.
The terms "Mortgagor" and "Mortgagee" whenever used in
this instrument shall include the heirs, personal representatives,
successors and assigns of the respective parties hereto. Wherever
used the singular number shall include the plural and the plural the
. singular, and the use of any gender shall include all genders.
WITNESSETH, that for divers good and valuable considera-
tions, and also in consideration of the aggregate sum named in the

~ promissory note of even date herewith, hereinafter described, the said
Mortgagor dces hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release,
convey and confirm unto the said Mortgagee, in fee simple, Mortgagor's
~ one-ninth undivided interest in and to all the certain tracts of land, of
; which the said Mortgagor is now seized and possessed, and in actual
possession situate in St. Lucie County, State of Florida, described
as follows:
Tract 4, Block 6, All of the Southwest one-quarter
of Section 32, Township 37 South, Rar.ge 39 East,
less the right-of-way for the Central and Southern
Florida Flood Control District Canal C-23; contain-
ing 142. 34 acres.
