FOft VALUE RECEIVED, I, the undersigned Maker of this '

Note, promise to pay to KENNETH WAGGENER and WINIE'RED ~
WAGGENER, his wife, or order, at Los Angeles, California, the
principal sum of Thirty-Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Six Dollars
($37, ?06. 00), plus interest from July 1, 196? at the rate of six per
cent per annum on the principal balance; said principal shall be pay-
able on or before July 1, 1972. Interest shall be payable in advance
on or before December 3I, I967. -
Should interest as set forth above not be so paid, it shall
- thereafter bear like interest as the principal, but such unpaid interest
so conzpounded shall not exceed an amount equal to simple interest
on the principal at the maximum rate pertnitted by law~
Should default be made in payment of interest or principaa,
as set forth above, or within ten days after the sum shall become due s
