FARIS QiiILLEt7, sin~le, hereinafter called the ~ra~jtor, to FALPH
DICKISnN and F.OSALIF IIICKISON, his wife, as j~~int tenants with
ri~ht of survivorship and not as tenants in~common, whose post-
office address is Nox 553, Route ~1, South Shore, Kent!icky, here-
inafter called the grantee:

ations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowled~ed, hereby ~rants,

posing to convey the prooerty hereinabove described. ~
