first being duly sworn, did depose and say that the improvements
made on the above descrir9d real property in pursuance of the
Notice of Commencement dated September 30, 1967, and filed
October 6, 1967, in 0. R. Book 168, page 1690, of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, were, in due course, Fully
completed, and that all labor performed and materials used in
~ connection with such improvements have been fully paid.
