A~.° the request of said mortgagors and in consideration of the
sum of $1.00 and other valuable considerations inuring to the under-
signed fram the City of Fort Pierce, a municipal corporation o~ the
State of Florida, do hereby subordinate the lien and ope~ation of
said mortgage to the permanent easement herein granted by the said
mortgagors to the Citq of Fort Pierce, a municipal corporation of ~
the State of Florida, under date of November 6, 1967, and recorded ~
in O. R. Book 169, page 1171, St. Lucie County public records, '
~ granting a permanent sanitary sewer easement upon the above des-
cribed real property, in the same manner and effect as if said
mortgage had been dated and filed for public record prior to and
in advance of the mortgage held by the undersigned which is hereby
~ subordinated.
