- 14, 1967, and filed in 0. R. Book t64, Page 1906, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, and a second mortgage to
Citizens Federal Savings and Loan Assocition of St.
Lucie County in the amount of $4,004.00, dated March 14,
1967 and filed in 0. R. Book 16y, Page 141, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Together with all buildings, improvements, fixtures or appurtenances now or hereafter erected there-
on or placed therein, including all apparatus, equipment, fixtures or articles, whether in single units or cen-
irally controlled, used to supply heat, gas, air conditioning, water, light, power, refrigeration, ventiliation or
other services, and any other thing now or hereafter therein or thereon, the furnishing of which by lessors
to leasees is c~stomary or appropriate, including xreens, windaw shades, storm doors and windows, floor
coverings, sc~een doors, awnings, stoves and water heaters (all of v?hich are inte~ded to be and are hereby .
declared to be a part of said real estate whather physically attached thereto or not); and also together with
all easements and the rents, issues and profits of said premises which are hereby pledged, assigned, trans-
ferred arid set over unto the Mortgagee, whether now due or hereaffer to become due as provided in the
Supplemental Agreement secured hereby. The Mortgagee is hereby subrogateci to the rights of all mort-
gagees, lienholders and owners paid off by the proceeds of the loan hereby secured. .
