• BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
Robert Pettway, who upon being iirst duly sworn, did depose and say that
he is now fifty-seven (5?) years of age and has resided in North Hobe Sound,
Martin County, Florida, since 1930.
Affiant says that he makes this affidavit relative to the correct
name of the grantee appearing in deed from Bror J. Carlberg and wife,
dated February 23, 1948, recorded in Deed Book 36, page 497, of the
public records of Martin County, F'lorida, in which deed the grantee, who
xas the mother of this affiant, wa~ set forth as Annie Finder Pettway, when
in truth a.nd in fact her cor~ect-name was then Annie Petiway Pinder.
This affiant further says that he is a son of Ab Pettway and the

then Annie Pettway; that Ab Pettway died in the year 1934 leavingl's widow,
Annie Pettway, who thereafter married Joe Pinder to whom she remained
married until his death i.n 1950. That said Annie Pettway Pinder did not
remarry and died February 23, 1964. ~ ~
