4. The l~ortqagors hereby covenant that they will pay the
interest on the Lawe note as herein specified and that they will
perform and observe all of the covenants, agreements and conditions
on the part of the Mortgagors in the said Lawe mortgage and said
Mortgagora shall likewise perform and observe all the covenants, ~
conditions and agreements on the part of the mortgagors in the
Connecticut General Life Insurance Company mortgage.
5. All notices to Mortgagee hereunder shall be sent by ;
United States mails, registered or certified, postage prepaid with ~
return receipt as follawa:
