declare the entire indebtedness hereby secured due and payable
upon six t6) months' notice. If such option is exercised and
notice qiven, then upon the expiration of such six (6) months'
notice, the entire indebtedness hereby secured shall be due
and payable and nanpayment thereof shall constitute a~•default
under this mortqaqe, and the same may be collected by foreclosure
or in any other manner provided by law. However, if the Morzgagor
pays the said additional assessment in cash within said six
(6) months' period, then the right of the Mortgagee to accelerate
the debt secured hereby, for said specific nonpayment, shall ;
terminate as to such default, without in any manner affectinq
the rights of the Mortgaqee under any other existinq or sub-
sequent default under this mortgage or the note secured hereby. `
I7' IS AGREED that granting any extension of time of payment
of any sum coming due under the note aforesaid or under this
mortgaqe, to any person, or the taking of other or additional
security for the payment thereof, the waiver of, or failure
to exercise, any right to mature the whole debt or any other
waiver by Mortgaqee shall not in any wise affect this mortgage
or the rights of Mortgagee hereunder, or aperate as a release
of any liability or any covenant or stipulation herein contained.
The several rights and remedies in this mortgage contained, 3
provided, declared or authorized, shall be construed and deemed
as cumulative and no one or more of them as exclusive of the
other or any of the others or of any rights or remedies which
~now or hereafter may be_given or allowed by law. ~

Mortgagor unconditionally grants to Mortgagee the right ~

o The w~ords "Mortgagor" and "Mortgagee" when used herein
~ o o z shall be taken to include the singular and plural number and
. Q a g masculine, feminine or neuter gender, as may fit the case, and
N --o shall include the heirs, administrators, executors, successors
W and assigns of the parties hereto. Each and all of the terms
~ and provisions hereof shall extend to and be a part of any renewal
ar extension of this mortgage. In the event that there is
more than one mortgagor, then, at the optien of 1?iortgagee, any '
act or action by, on behalf of or against either mortgagor, '
shall have the same effect as though by, on behalf of or against
all mortgagors.
This mortqaqe and the note secured hereby constitute a
Florida contract and shall be construed according to the laws
of the State of Florida. .
