THIS INDENTIIRE, executed the 22nd day of
A. D. 196~, BETWEEN the ST. LUCIE OOUNTY BANK, a Florida banking
corporation with trust powers, as Executor of the Estate of KATHLEE
B. LESLIE, deceased, party of the first part, and NAROLD L. NESTER,
SR. and MYRTLE B. NESTER, his wife, as to an undivided one-half in-
terest; and HAROLD L. NESTER, JR., a single adult, as to an undivid ~
ed one-half interest. In the event af the death of either HAROLD L ~

NESTER, SR. or MYRTLE B. NESTER, his wife, the interest of the de- !
ceased shall pass by right of survivorship to the survivor. In the
event of the death of both HAROLD L. NESTER, SR. and MYRTLE B. NEST
his wife, being survived by HAROLD L. NESTER, JR., their undivided ~

~ Judge in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, for authority to sell

certain real estate in said County hereinafter described, averring
it is necessary and expedient to sell the same and also each and
every jurisdictional fact; and th~ prayer in saiā¢~ Petition having
appeared to and f ound by said Judge to be reasonable and just and
said Petition true and the sale t~ the best interest of said estate

said Court rendered the Order dated the 15th day of December, A. D.
1967, directing said party of the first part to sell the said real
- estate at private sale;; and thereupon the said party of the first -
part contracted to sell the said real estate to the said party of
the second part for the sum of EIGHT TI~USAND EIGHT HUNDRID DOLLARS
($8,800.00), to be paid as f~llows: $800.00 depos?fi, baLance of
$8,000.00 cash at closing. And said party of the first pxrt report
