The Mortgagor~urther oovenants aa follows:
1. That he w-ill psy the indebtednesa, as hereinbefore provided. Privilege is reserved to prepsy st anv time,
~vithout premium or fee, the enlire indebtednesa or any pert i.hareof not iesa than the smount of one inatatlment,
or one hundred dollus (i100.00), whichever is less. Any prepayment made on other than an installment
due date will not be credited until t~he next following installment due date.
~ 2. In order more fully to protect tLe security of this mortgage, the Mortgag~or,.together with, snd in addi-

secured fiereby, shaU be paid in a single payment each month, to be applied to the tolloaZr?g itetns
in the order aLated:
(I) ground rents, taxes, sssessments, Sre, and other haaard insurance premiuma;
(II) interest on the note eecured hercby; and
(III) amortization of the principal of ssid note.
An} deficiency in the smount of such aggregate monthly psyment shall, unless made good by the l~iortgagor
