WHEREAS, bath parcels of the above-described property were
conveyed by the mortgagors, FRANK BREWER and MABEL R. BREWER, his
wife, to HENRY H. HANCOCK and GLADYS NYE I~NCOCK, his wife,
subject to the mortgages as set forth above.
WHEREAS, ADOLPH E. RADEMACI~R and MARY E. RADEMACHER, his J

wife, agreed with LUTHER ASKINS and CHARLOTTE ASKINS, his wife,
that, if they would accept a warranty deed to i:he above described
property from AENRY H. HANCOCK and GLADYS NYE HANCOCK, his wife, !
