1. The two mortgages as set forth above which are now owned
or held by the mortgagees and recorded in O. R. Book 60 at Page 64
and O. R. Book 60 at Page 659 of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County and the promissory notes secured thereby are hereby combine
and consolidated into one note and mortgage covering the following
described property:
