and mortgage is Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000) with interest at
six percent (696) per annum payable in annual payments of One
Thousand Dollars ($1,000) each, the first payment to be due on
July 1, 1968, and each succeeding payment will be due on JLtly 1 of
each year thereafter until the total amount shall be fully paid;
each annual payment shall be first applied to interest and then
to principal.
3. Other than as above stated in Paragraphs 1 and 2, the
terms and conditions of the new consolidatec3 note and mortgage
shall be the same as the terms and conditions of the original two
mortgages as set forth above, and the mortgagors herein agree to
