9. To further sscure unto the ~ortgagee the
pay~ent of the aforesaid note and the perfor~eance by ~
the ~nortgagor of all of his prowises and covenants
herein ~aade~ the ~ortgagor has and does hereby transfer~
assign and set over unto the martgagee all of the rents~
incoae and profits now or hereafter pertaining or
arising froa said property with full power and right
unta the mortgagee to rece~ve and collect the sa~ae;
provided~ however, that so long as the ~eortgagor shall
faithfully keep and perforai each and every of his
promises and covenants set forth in said note and set
forth in all-other portions of this mortgage and suffer
no default in connection therewith~ tha ~eortgagae shall
allox the mortgagor to collect and receive the same.
