ARTICLES OF AGRSEMENT ~
Made this~day of December, 1~67, by and between
CLAUDS H. COMBS and LOUISE L._ CQMBS, his wife, of Fort
Pierce, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "FIRST PARTIES" ,
and LAWRENCE BUDDIE STALKER and CHARI.EN$ QLIVIA STALKER,
his wife, of 200 C, Stadium Apartments, Key West, Florida
33040, hereinafter referred to as "SECOND PARTIES";
W I T N 8 S S E T H:
That is the SECOND PARTIES shall first make the pay-
ments and perform the covenants hereinafter mentioned on
their part to be made and performed, FIRST FARTIES hereby

covenant and agree to convey and assure to SBCOND PARTILS ~
their heirs, executors, ad~inistrators or assigns, in fee
simple, free from all encumbrances, by a good and suffi-
cient Warranty Deed, the following described property situate
