THIS QUIT CLAIM DEED, Executed this llth day of December, A. D.
1957, by CITY OF FORT PIERCE, FIARIDA, a municipal corporation ~r-
ganized and existing under the laws of the State of Florida, and having its
principal place of business at 315 Avenue A, Fort Pierce, Florida, first
party, to ADDIE HOLMES EMERSON, whose post office address is 301

WITNESSETH: That the said first party, for and in consideration
