ganized and existing under the lawa of the State of Florida, and having its
principal place of business at 315 Avenue A, Fort Pierce, Florida, first '

WITNESSETH; That the said first party, for and in consideration of
the sum of $1.00 and other valuable considerations in hand paid by the said
second party, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby
remise, release and quit-claim unto the said second party forever, all the
