Each such monthly paymen4 shall
be applied first to interest and then '

and if any such liens are so placed, the same may be paid by the `

materials furnished upon the above described property. ;
4. To pay a reasonable attorney* s fee and all Court ~
i costs should the pazties c~f thc first part be forced to take
legal action to enforce the provisions hereof, or should the ~
parties of the second part breach this Agreement arid refuse to
~ quit the premises, making it necessary to bring eviction proceedin~s
against~them, or shouZd the parties of the first part be requirQd
to foreclose this Agreement or otherwise bring legal action
hereunder. :
