THiS ZNDENTURE, executed the 29ch day of Decc3mber, 1967,
between OLIE B. MeCARTY, a widow, individually and as F~cecutrix
and as Trustee under the Wi21 of DAN McCARTY, deceased, party of
Trustee,
the first part, and OLIE B. MeCARTY,/i~rhose address is 1608 Seaway Drive,
Fort Pierce, Florida, party of the second part:

Z'he party of the first part on the 29th day of December, 1967,
pursuant to Order of the County Judge's Court of St. Lucie County,
Florida, dated the 29th day of December, 1967, and in consideration
of the preaeises and the sum of $14.40 and other good and valuable
consideration in hand paid, grants, bargains, sells, aliens, premises,
releases, conveys and confirms to the partyof the second part, and
to her heirs and assigns forever, that certain real property
situated in St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly described

as follaws :
Lot l, Block 1, TROPICAL BEACH Subdivision, Fort Pierce,
St.Lucie Coun~y, Florida,
and
Lot 13, Block 2, TROPICAL BEACH Subdivision, Fort ~ierce,
St. Lucie County, Florida
Subject to any rights-of-way for roads and canals.
TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances belonging to or in anywise appertai.ning to that
r~al property.
TO H~VE AND TO HOLD the same to the party of the second part,
and to her heirs and assigns, in fee simpls forever.
AND the gart1 of the first part does covenant to anci with the
party of the second part, her heirs and assigns, that in all things
preliminary to and in and about the sale and this conveyance the
Order of the ab~ve named court and the laws of Florida have been
follawed an3 complied with in all respects. -
