WARRANTY D$ED
THIS WARRANTY DEED made the 29th day of December, 1967, by
OL•TE B. McCARTY, a widow and individually, hereinafter called the
Gr~.tztor, to RAINBOW GROVES, INC., a Florida corporation, with its
permanent post office address at 111 Boston Avenue, Fort Pierce,
Florida 33450, hereinafter called the Grantee:
W I T N E S S E T H:
Z'hat the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten
($10.00) Dollars and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof
is hereby ackno~wledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, re-
mises, releases, conveys arid confirms unto the Grantee, all that
certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
Z'he Southwest Q~uarter of Section 35, Tawnship 35 South.
Range 38 East, being located in St. Lucie Caunty, Florida.
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
belonging thereto or in anywise appertaining.
• TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same in fee si.mple forever.
I AND the Grantor hereby covenants with said Grantee that the

` Grantor is lawfully seized of said land in fee simple; that the
Grantor has good r~.ght and lawful authority to sell and convey said
land; that the Grantor hereby fully warrants the title to said land,
will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons whamso-
ever and that the said land is free of all encimiberances, except
taxes accruing subsequent to December 31, 1967, and all liens and
encumberaiices of public record as of December 31, 1967.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Grantor has hereunto set her hand
