TI~iIS WARRANTY DEED made the 28th day of December, 1967, by
DANIEL T. McCARTY, III and SI~RRON LES McCARTY, his wife, and
MICHAEL SAMUEL McCARTY, an unmarried male, and FRANCES LELA McCARTY,
an unmarried waman, hereinafter called the Grantors, to RAINBOW
GROVES, INC., a Florida corporation, with its permanent post office
address at 111 Boston Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, herein-
after called the Grantee:
W I T N E S S E T H:
T'hat the Grantors, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten
($10.00) Dollars and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof
is hereby acknawledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, re-
mises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the Grantee, all that

certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit: .
ALL that part of Sections 15, 21 and 22, Township 37 South,
Range 38 East, lying southeasterly of the Glades Cut-Off
Railroad; LESS AND BXCEPTING the west 2,049.75 feet (60 ;
acres) of Section 21 and the East 3/8ths of Section 15 and
22, the West 100 fee~ of that part of Section 15-37-38, lying
South and East of Glades Cut-Off, and the West 100 feet of ~ ,
Section 22-37-38; the above being in St. Lucie County, Florida,
and containing 850.77 acres. ~

~ TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments, and appurten- ~
~ ances belonging thereto or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same in fee simple farever.
AND the grantors hereby covenants with said Grantee that the grantors
are lawfully seized of said land in fee simple; that the Grantors
have good right and lawful authority to sell and convey said land;
that the Grantors hereby fully~warrant the title to said land,will
defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomso-
ever and that the said land is free of all encumberances, except taxes
accruing subsequent to December 31, 1967.
IN WITNESS WI~REOF, the said grantors have hereunto set t}~eir
