ALFREDO F. CHICCO and MARY CAICCO, his wife, and JOSEPH CICCO and
CONSTANCS CICCO, his wife, parties of the first part, and ARTHUR
CARTER and TAEI~tA~ CARTER, his wife, parties of the second part, whose

WITNESSETH, That if the said parties of the second part
shall first make the payments and perform the covenants hereinafter
mentioned on their part to be made and performed, the said parties
of the first part hereby covenant and agree to convey and assure
to the said parties of the seconcl part, their heirs, executors,
administrators or assigns, in fee simple, clear of all encumbrances
whatever, by a good and sufficient deed, the lot, piece or parcel
of land, situated in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida,
known and described as follaws, to-wit:
Tracts 1, 2 and 3, being 32.5 acres, H. E. C~~ERLIN
SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof recorded in F lat Book
4, page 55, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
~ and being in Section 28, Township 35 South, Range 39
East,
~ and the said parties of the second part hereby covenant and agree
to pay to the said parti2s of the first part the sum of THIRTY-SIX
' THOUSAND DOLLARS ~$36,000.00) in the manner follawing:
Fifty Dollars ($50.00) per month commencing on the
lst day of November, 1967, and a like sumn on the
corresponding day of each like succeeding period,
for a period of sixty (60) months, whereupon, the
remaining principal balance of $33,000.00, with
interest at the rate of 6~o per annum, shall be pay-
able in 120 months, in equal monthly installments
of $3b6.38, including principal and interest; said
payments being due on the first of each and every
month.
Payments shall be made to Joseph Cicco, 753 - 82nd Street, Miami
,
Beach, Florida 33141. The parties of the second part shall have Che

privilege of prepayment without penalty at any time. Grace period ~
allowed during the first 60 months shall be 10 days. Thereafter, ~

a 30-day grace period shall be allawed.
