ASSOCIATION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a United States corporation,
is now the owner and holder of that certain mortgage from Reelstone

Development Corporation, a Florida corporation, dated June 4, 1962, and

, recorded in Official Record Book 39, page 226, securing the sum of
~ $216, 900. 00, and that certain mortgage dated October 11, 1967, recorded
in Official Record Book 169, page 425, securing the sum of $78, 325. 00, .
~ both recorded in public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and ~
WHEREAS, First Federal Savings and Loan Association of
~
~ Indian River County has been asked to advance sums under that certain ~
~

mortgage recorded in Official Record Book 169, page 425, securing the sum . ~

of $78, 325.00, from Reelstone Development Corporation and has declined
i
to do so unless and until all of the parties hereto do satisfy, discharge and ; ~
: ~
release all of their interests in the hereinafter :described mortgages, ~
~
as~ignments, subordinations and Escrow Agreement, and acknowledge and !
agree th~t there is no further and other obligations owed unto any of said

parties, by any of said parties or by the said Reelstone Development ;
Corporation, and that all of said interests, liens, secured and unsecured
obligations among any of said parties or to said parties from Reelstone
Development Corporation, A Florida corporation, .
