9. To further socurs unto the ~ortgagee the
payaent of the aforesaid nate and the perfore~ance by '
the nortgagor of all of his pro'ises and covenants
herein made~ the s~ortgagor has and does hereby transfer~
assign and set over unto the mortgagee all of the rents~
incoae and profits nor+ or hereafter pertaining or
arising fro~ said property with full poxer and right
unto the ~aortgagee to rece~ve and collect the saea; '
provided~ however~ that so long as the Aortgagor shall
faithfully keep and perfora~ each and every of his
promises and covenants set forth in said note and set
forth in all other portions of this ~ortgage and suffer
no default in conaectioa therewith~ the ~ortgagee shall
allow the mortgagor to collect and receive the sama.
