A certain tract of land, comprising 49 Acres, more
or less situated in the Southwest quarter (SW~) of
Section 13, Township 34 South, Range 39 East, St.
Lucie County, Florida, more particularly described
in Exhibit A atCached hereto and by this reference,
expressly made a part of this mortgage deed.
This is a purchase money mortgage and the proceeds of the loan
hereby secured have been applied towards the purchase price of
the above described real property.
It is understood and agreed that in the case of default under
the terms, covenants and provisions of this mortgage deed
or of the promissory note secured hereby, the remedy of the
holder of said note and of this mortgage deed shall be limited
only to the proceeds of the premises hereby mortgaged and enc
bered, and that the mortgagors or either of them shall not be
personally liable for any deficiency arising from the sale of
said premises. ~

This mortgage deed and the promissory note secured hereby are
also subject to each and every one of the terms and provisions
of a certain mortgage supplemental agreement executed between
the parties hereto simultaneously with the execution hereof, {
and the terms of the supplemental agreement are by reference ~
expressly made a part hereof; said supplemental agreement
relates to provisions for partial releases of portions of the
land encumbered hereby,from the lien of this mortgage deed ~
and other agreements between the parties in reference to the
provisions of this mortgage deed and certain continuing ~
applications between the parties hereto. An executed copy of a
such supplemental agreement is on file at the home of the mort
gagor, at P. 0. Box 1187, South Miami, Florida, and at the
home of the mortgagee, at Route 2, Box 2050, Fort Pierce,
Florida, and may be inspected by any or all interested parties
