SUBORDINATION OF ENCUMBRANCE TO PROPERTY
RIGHTS TO ST. LUCIE COUNTY
KrOW ALL MEN BY TIiFSE PRESENTS: That whereas, it is proposed
by St. Lucie County to locate, construct, maintain and/or improve
a county road and/or a drainage ditch in said County; and,
WHEREAS, a portion of the lands involved and necessary to said
road and/or ditch is subject to Mortgage
held by the undersigned; and,
WHEREAS, on behalf o~ St. Lucie C~unty a request has been made ;
for the undersigned to subordinate said encumbrance to the property '
rights of St. Lucie County in'and to the portion of the premises
hereinafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH: That for and in considera~ion of '
the prem,ises and one dollar and other good and valuable considera-
tions,_paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned
subordinates said encumbrance to the property rights of St. Lucie
County to locate, construct, maintain and/or improve said road and/or
ditch over, through, upon, and/or across the following described
lands, being a portion of the encumbered premises in St. Lucie County,
, Florida, to-wit:
The West 10 feet of the North 100 feet of Lot 1 of Sunset
Park, a subdivision of the S'~ of S~ of NW~ of NE'~ of Sec-
tion 30, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, as recorded in
Plat Book 6, Page 18.
AND
The East 18 feet of the West 33 feet of the following
described tract:
Beginning at the SW corner of the NW~ of the NE~ of Sec-
tion 30, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, run thence
North a distance of 339 feet to the point of beginning; ;
thence run East a dis~ance of 235 feet, thence run North
a distance of 100 feet; thence run West a distance of
235 feet, and thence run South a distance of 100 feet to
the point of beginning.
AND
The Eas~ 18 feet of the West 33 feet of the following =
described tract:
Beginning at the SW corner of the NW'~ of NS~ of Section
