SUBORDINATION OF ENCUMBRANCE TO PROPERTY
RIGHTS TO ST. LUCIE COUNTY
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That whereas, it is proposed
by St. Lucie County to locate, construct, maintain and/or improve
a county road and/or a drainage ditch in said County;~ and,
WHEREAS, a portion of the lands involved and necessary to said
road and/or ditch is sub~ect to Mortqacte ~
held by the undersigned; and,
WHEREAS, on behalf of St. Lucie Cour,ty a request has been mad~
for the undersigned to subordinate said encumbrance to the property
rights of St. Lucie County in-and to the portion of the premises -
hereinafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH: That for and in considera~ion of
the premises and one dollar and other good apd valuable considera-
tions, paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned
subordinates said encumbrance to the property rights of St. Lucie
County to locate, construct, maintain and/or improve said road and/or
ditch over, through, upon, and/or across the following described
lands, being a portion of the encumbered premises in St. Lucie County,
, Florida, to-wi t :
The East 18 feet of the West 33 feet of the following
described tract:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of the North 30
acres of the NW'~ of the NE'~ of Section 30, Town-
ship 35 South, Range 40 East, and run North on the
West line of said NW~ of 300 feet to the point
of beginning, thence run East parallel to North
boundary line of said NW~ of NE~, 210 feet, thence
run North parallel to West line of said NW'~ of
NE'~, 105 feet, thence ruri West parallel to the
Nortti boundary of said NW'~ of I~';, 210 feet to
West line of said NW'~~ of NE'~, thence run South on
West line of said NW'~ of NE'~, 105 feet to the point
of beginning. .
