KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That whereas, it is proposed
by St. Lucie County to locate, construct, maintain and/or impzove
a county road and/or a drainage ditch in said County;~ and, ~
WHEREAS, a portion of the lands involved and necessary to said
rc~ad and /or ditch is subject to Mortqaqe
held by the undersigned; and,
WHEREAS, on behalf of St. Lucie County a request has been made
for the undersigned to subordinate said encumbrance to the propsrty ~
rignts of St. Lucie County in'and to the portion of the premises
hereinafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH; That for and in considera~ion of
the premises and one dollar and other good and valuable considera-
tions, paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned
subordinates said encumbrance to the property rights of St. Lucie
County to locate, construct, maintain and/or improve said road and/or
ditch over, through, upon, and/or across the following described
lands, being a portion of the encumbered premises in St. Lucie County,
Florida, to-wit:
The East 18 feet of the West 33 feet of the followinq
described tract:
Begin at NW corner of NW'~{ of NE'~ of Section 30, Town-
ship 35 South, Range 40 East, run South 254 feet, '
thence East 630 feet, thence North 254 feet, thence
West 630 feet to the point of beginning
