THIS WARRANTY DEED, Made and executed the llth day of December
29 67 , by DONALD L. SHEPHARD, AS TRUSTEE, and JEROME A. SIMONS, AS TRUSTEE,
hereinafter called the Grantors, to Norval A. Hensley, Sr. and Audrey W.
Hensley, his wife
whose postoffice address is 5107 Poinciana Drive
Houston 18, Texas
hereinafter called the Grantee:
WITNESSETH: That the Grantors for and in consideration of the sum of
$ 10.00 , and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, alien, zemise, re-
lease, convey and confirm unto the grantee, all that certain land situate in
St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:
Lot(s) numbered 3 , Block numbered 128 , Unit numbered ~.p
LAKEWOOD PARK, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 11
page 29 , Public Records ot St. Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the sanee in fee simple forever.
AND the Grantors hereby covenant with said Grantee that they are lawfully
seized of said land in fee simple; that they have good right and lawful author-
ity to sell and convey said land; that they hereby fully warrant the title to
said land and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons
whomsoever; and that said land is free of a12 encumbrances.
This conveyance is made subject to the folZowing conditions and restrictions
which shall be construed as covenants real running with the land to wit:
1. Subject to existinq easements, if any and to easements shown on the sub- ~
division p2at.
2. Subject to restrictions of record recorded in Deed Book 244
at Page 349 , Fublic Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. Subject to taxes for the year 19 6T and subsequent years.
