TOGETH~R with a11 and singulax the tenements, hereditaments and
appurt~enances thereunto belonginc~ or anywise appertaining; and the
reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and
pro~its thereof; and also all th~esi~.te, riqh~ title, interes~ property,
possession, claim and demand whatscever, both in law and equity, which
the Testator had in his lifetime, and at the time of his decease, and w~nch
the Grantors have by virtue of the said Last Will and Testamen~ or other-
wise, o~, in and to the above granted premises, and every part and parcel
thereof, with the appurtenances.
To have and to hold a11 and singular the above qranted premises,
toqether with the appurtenances and every past thereof, unto the Grantee,
his heirs or assigns forever.
