' The South 623. 50 feet of Fractional Sections 4 and 5, Township
36 South, Range 41 East, and the North 255.11 feet of Fractional
Sections 8 and 9, Township 36 Sout:n, Range 41 East; together
with all riparian and littoral rights thereunto belonging or in
anywise appertaining.
Subject to the right of-way of the roadway or highway known
as State Road A-1-A; the right~f-way af the In~acoastal
Waterway as recorded in Deed Book 93 at page 552 of the public
; records of St. Lucie County, F lorida; and that certain License
to Enter upon Land for Mosquito Control Work recorded in
Deed Book 224 at page 98 of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
The Mortgagor shall have the right to purchase releases of parts or portio
of the mortgaged premises from the lien of this purchase money mortgage upon
the following terms and conditions:
1. No release shall be given if any default exists at the time as to any
provision or covenant of the mortgage or martgage notie.
ij 2. Parcels shall be released only in successive continuous sequence
! starting at the south side af the property and progressing north.
3. Each parcel so to be released shall be bounded on the north and south
sides by the north and south boundaries of the mortgaged premises or by lines
i~ parallel thereto and shall have a width between said boundaries of not less than
" 120 vertical feet as measured along the west line of Fracrional Section 9(the
° same being also the East line of Fractional Section 8) and continuing along the
Q~ west line of Fractional Section 4(the same being also the East line of Fracti~ml
~ Section 5). The tract released shall extend the full width of the property, east
~ 0 ! to west, -Y,etween said nartherly and southerly boundaries.
;i 4. The mortgagor shall pay to the mortgagee to be applied to the principal

west line of Fractional Section 9 and 4 as aforesaid, multiplied by the number
