shall ~e presented to Briar~ate C~„poration, or its agent, for its f
written agproval, ~rior to commencement of construction.
11. T;~ese restrietions and covenants shall run with the land. Inval- ~
idation of a~y of ti~~se covenanfis by judicial decree si~all no wise
effect any of the other provisions which shall remain iA full force
and effect. These restr~ctions ~ay t~e amendeo by B~IA~QATE CORPOR-
ATION at any time by placin~ of record of such an amend~ent. After
2U years from the date hereof they may be amended by a majority of the ~
then owners of lots ~n said develo~ment.
12. If any own~r of property in said develo~ment shall violate or
attempt to viol~te any of the covenants herein, it shall be lawful
for any otiier person or per~ons ownin~ real property situated therein
to prosecute any proceedings at law or in equity apainst the person
or persons violatin~ or attemptin~ to violate an1~ su~h covenants,
and eitner to prevent him or tiie~ fro~ so doing or to recover said
damages tir ottier dues from such violations. ,
