WARRANTY DEED
THIS INDENTURE made this the 30th day of December, A. D. 1967,
BETWEEN RUPERT N. KOBLEGARD, JR., a single adult, party of the ~
first part, and
ST. LUCIE COUNTY BANK, Trustee under an agreement with RUPERT N.
KOBLEGARD, JR., dated December 29, 1967, for MARY ANN KOBLEGARD BRYAN,
RUPERT N. KOBLEGARD, III, WENDELL MAY KOBLEGARD, and LAURA LEE KOBLDGARU,
parties of the second part. }
WITNESSETH, that the said party of the first part, for and in considera-~
tion of the sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars and other valuable considera-
tions to them in hand paid by the said parties of the second part, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained, and sold
to the said party of the second part, its heirs and assigns forever, the
following described land situate, lying and being in the Coun*.y of St.
Lucie, State of Florida, to-wit:
Parcel 1. An undivided twelve and one-half (12~) percent in the follow-
ing:
A. Lot 12 (except the N. 23.18 feet of said Lot 12)
and all of Lots 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17, of Fort
Pierce Beach, a subdivision of Fractional Section
6, Tov~mship 35 South, Ran~e 41 East, as per plat ~
of said Subdivision on file in Plat Book 2, at
page 6, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County;
Florida, with littoral rights. ~
B. The South One-Half of Govt. Lot 9, in Section ~

County, Florida, containing 19 acres, more or less, ~
with riparian rights. ~
