THIS INDENTURE made this the Sth day of January, 1968.
BETWEEN RUPERT N. KOBLDGARD, JR., a single adult, party of the ~
first part, and
ST. LUCIE COUNTY BANK, Trustee under an agreement with RUPERT N.
KOBL~GARD, JR., dated December 29, 1967, for MARY ANN KOBLEGARD BRYAN,
RUPERT N. KOBLr7GARD, III, WFI~TDELI. MAY KOBLBGARD, and LAURA LEE KOBLDGARD,
parties of the second part. _
WITNESSETH, that the said party of the first part, fo~c and in con- ~
sideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars and ott~er valuable consid-
era~cions to them in hand paid by the said parties of the second part,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained, and
sold to the said party of the second part, its heirs and assigns forever,
the following described land situate, lying and being in the County of
St, Lucie, State of Florida, to-wit:
Parcel 1. An undivided twelve and one-half (12~96) percent in the follow-
ing:
A. Lot 12 (except the N. 23.18 feet of said Lot 12)
and all of Lots 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17, of Fort
Pierce Beach, a subdivision of Fractional Section
6, Township 35 South, Range 41 East, as per plat
of said Subdivision on file in Plat Book 2, at
page 6, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, with littoral ri.ghts.
B. The South One-Half of Govt. Lot 9, in Section
1, Township 35 South,~Range 40 East, St. Lucie
County, Florida, containing 19 acres, more or less,
with riparian rights.
C. The South One-Half of Govt. Lot 8, in Section 1,
Township 35 South, Range 40 East, of St. Lucie
County, Florida, with riparian rights.
Parcel 2. An undivided six and one-fourth ( 6'~ ) percent in the follow-
ing :
A. All of Government Lot 3, Section 13, Township 35
South, Range 40 East.
