corporation, Plaintiff, filed in the Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie Courrty,
Florida, in a Civil Action, its complairrt aginast William B. Colby and Mary
Colby, a free dealer, previously the wife of WilZiam B. Colby, Defendarrts.
The relief sough in and by said suit is to foreclose that certain
mortgage executed by William B. Colby and Mary C. Colby as recorded in
Official Records Book 40, Page 323, St. Lucie County, Florida, public
records; and that certain mortgage executed by William B. Colby and Mary
