AFFIDAVIT
~ OF RALPH B. WILSON
STATS OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
RALPH 8. WILSON, being by me first duly sworn, deposes and says
that he is the County Attorney for St. Lucie County, Florida, and ;
that he is -familiar with the following described property.
A strip of land 7 feet wide lying immediately East of the present
right of way of Florida State Road #k4 as described in deed dated
May 4, 1954, recorded in Deed Book 191 at page 151, St. Lucie
County records, lying between the projection of the North and
South lines of that certain parcel of land described in Deed Book
190 at page 53 of the public records of St. Lucie Cour.ty, Florida;
which is the land deeded to St. Lucie County by right of way deed
dated August 24, 1954 and filed•September 2, 1954, in Deed Book
193, page 437.
Affiant further says that said strip of land was not utilized as a
public right of way within twelve months of the date of the Deed and
has not been used as a right of way at any time up to the present date,
nor has the Board of County Commissioners adopted a Resolution evidencing
the utilization of the ak~ove described property for public highway
purposes. ~ `
