9. To further secure unto the mortgagea the
pay~ent of the aforasaid note and tha performance by ~
the a~ortgagor of all of his proei`ses and covenants
herein nada, the.mortgagor has and does hereby transfer,
assign and set over unto the mortgagee all of the rents~
income and profits now or hereafter pertaining or
arising from said property with full power and right
unto the mortgagee to rece~ve and coliect the si?~,e;
provided~ however, that so long as the mortgagor shall
faithfully keep and perfora each and every of his
promises and covenants set forth in said note and set
forth in all othar portions of this mortgage and suffer
no default in connection therewith~ the nortgagee shall
allow the mortgagor to collect and receive the same.
