p$, SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED
- THIS SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED of conveyance executed
this day of January, 1968, by and between ESTELLE RATHMAN,
a widow ancl si~gle woman, called Grantor, and BENJAMIN B. TOOKER
and ROSALIA J. TOOI~R, his wife, whose post office address is
99 Seaview Avenue, Northport, Long Island, New York, called
Grantees.
WITNESSETH, That the said Grantor for and in
consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars to her in hand
paid, the receipt whereof is hereby ackno~wledged, has granted,
bargained, sold, aliened, remised, released, conveyed and c~n-
firmed, and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, alien,
remise, release, convey and confirm unto the said Grantees, and
their heirs and assigns forever, all that certain parcel of land
lying and bei.ng in the County of St. Lucie, and State of Florida,
more particularly described as follaws:
