BEGINNING at a concrete monument at the intersection
of the Easterly right of way of Sunshine State Park-
way (Kings' Highway Feeder Route) with t~ie Westerly
right of way of U. S. Highway #1 and running South
~ 27 deg.-23 min. 56 sec. West a distance of 275 feet +
to a concrete monument in the $asterly right of way
of Sunshine State Parkway; thence at an interior 90
degree angle, run 62 deg. - 36 min. -04 seconds East
a distance of 97.75 feet to a concrete monument in
the Westerly right of way of U. S. Highway #1; thence
in a Northerly direction with the arc of a curve
. having a radius of 2t 964. 93 feet, a chord bearing ~
of North 7 deg.-58 min.-16 sec. Bast along the #
Westerly right of way of U. S. Highway #1 a distance
of 292 feet more or less to the point of beginning.
Said tract being triangular in shape; -
hereby acknowledges fu 11 satisfaction of s aid mortgage note and
mortgage deed and surrenders the same as cancelled, and hereby
directs the Cle~'1"c of said Circuit Court to cancel the same of record.

be hereunto affixedt by its proper officers thereunto duly authorized.
