KNOW ALL MEN 8Y THESE PRESENTS, that First Federal Savings and loan Association of Fort Pierce, a corporation under
the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by Philip Pearl and Blanehe
V. Pearl, his wife, dated July 16, 19 59 , and recorded
in the public records ~f St. LuCie County, Fforida, in MTG. g~k 158 on page
18 , securing the payment of the sum of Six Thousand Rive Hundred and no/100----------

covering property in the County of St. LuCie , Florida, doth hereby atknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebteuness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mo~igage in
and to the p~emises deuribed therein, and doth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record.
